How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on location:
Royal Mail standard shipping (tracked): £2.99 | 3-7 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class (tracked): £3.99 | 1-2 working days (orders placed before 12pm).
If you choose Royal Mail 1st Class shipping at checkout, please be aware that if this order is placed on a Saturday, your jewellery will be shipped the next working day, Monday. 
International (EU): £12.00 | 5-14 working days (depending on location).
International (Rest of World): £22.00 | 5-14 working days (depending on location). Shipping price includes handling fees + VAT.

Do you accept returns?

We hope you love your Blessed Avenue jewellery, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
You may return your item within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Unworn - The jewellery must show no signs of use.
Original packaging - All original packaging, including jewellery pouches or boxes, must be included.
'Like-new' condition - The jewellery must be returned in 'like-new' condition and free from damage or modifications.
Within the 7-day timeframe of delivery confirmation as stated above.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to deny a return if the item appears worn, damaged, or not in its original condition.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, please email us at info@blessedavenue.co.uk with:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photographs of the item (upon request)
Once the above has been provided, we will respond accordingly with clear instructions for sending the item(s) back.

When will I receive a refund after my return?

Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
